Add a market valuation to your report.

We can provide you with a reinstatement cost assessment which will ensure you do not under or over-insure your property. The assessment is carried out in accordance with the RICS Reinstatement Cost Assessment of Buildings 3rd Edition guide. We use RICS BCIS software along with our site visit to calculate the reinstatement cost to ensure the accuracy of the information we provide you.

Join the surveyor juring the inspection 

For an additional fee, we will deliver an electronic version of the report to you on the same day as the survey is carried out. Please note this service is not available with listed buildings.

We are able to use the latest drone technology to access difficult-to-reach areas of the property otherwise not accessible without expensive access equipment.

For an additional fee, we will measure the internal height and width of the windows and provide you with a window schedule as part of your report.
